INTRODUCTION
The Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Joplin Home Show Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for homeowners within the Air Services service area and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States law and Missouri state law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you are not a homeowner within the Air Services service area or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules.
The Giveaway is sponsored by Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, located at 2145 W Sunset St Springfield, Mo 65807 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to homeowners within the Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical service area who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway will be held exclusively at the Joplin Home Show from Febuary 7, 2026 through February 8, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s representatives at the event location are the official time-keeping authority for the Giveaway.
To enter, visit the Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical booth at the home show event and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

• Professional installation included
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,788
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.
The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via phone.
If the Sponsor cannot reach the potential winner within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES
All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.

MISCELLANEOUS
