Air Services Heating & Air Conditioning – Roar Expo Basket Giveaway
- Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Air Services Heating & Air Conditioning, located at 2145 W Sunset St, Springfield, MO 65807 (“Sponsor”). - Eligibility
Open to individuals who are:
- 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Residents within the Sponsor’s service area
Employees, contractors, affiliates of Sponsor, participating businesses, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. - Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted Saturday, August 9, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM Central Time during the Roar Expo. - How to Enter
To enter you must complete an entry form provided at the the Sponor’s booth or via the official entry QR code displayed at the event. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. - Prize Details
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) gift basket, valued at approximately $100, featuring items from three different local businesses. Actual value may vary. - Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be announced on Monday, August 11, 2025.
- Winners will be contacted via phone, email, and/or social media at the number and addresses provided on the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of approximate equal value if necessary in its sole discretion. - Publicity and Privacy
By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes, including announcements on social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. - Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Greene County, Missouri.
