When you install a certified Central AC, Natural Gas Furnace, Air Source Heat Pump, or an Energy Star Labeled Thermostat, you may qualify for a City Utilities Rebate!
Rebates are up to:
Central Air Conditioning: $400 – $500*
Natural Gas Furnace: $350 – $400*
Air Source Heat Pump: $400 – $500*
Energy Star Labeled Thermostat: $75.00*
* Subject to application and city utility rebate guidelines. Rebate amounts are dependent on the energy star ratings.
